Her year of experience enables her to provide the best, optimal, and individualized care in an outpatient setting.

Utilizing some of her best qualities including empathy, compassion, caring and listening skills, Dr. Enakhena invites you to partner with her in finding solutions to overcome your stressors and stabilize your mental health by utilizing patient centered psychoeducation and medication treatment.

Currently, Dymphna Mental Health only provides telehealth services to individuals in the State of Ohio. However, we have plans to include more states soon. ***Accepted insurance plans: Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, and United Healthcare. Note: Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Ohio to be accepted soon.
